Galinda the Generous

One of our long-time, faithful, volunteer gift wrappers came in, today. As always, Galinda was ready to pick up more gifts to wrap for the impoverished children of DuPage and Kane Counties that are enrolled in our Children’s Birthday Project program.

Galinda has been volunteering with the Children’s Birthday Project for a long time, now. We know we can always count on her to bring back beautifully wrapped gifts that will bring joy and excitement to these children on their birthdays. “Every gift she brings back is absolutely gorgeous. She does a great job,” said Sharon, our Administrative Assistant.

Galinda has chosen wrapping presents for HSP as her way of giving back and we could not be more grateful! It is volunteers like Galinda that keep HSP running. Without our faithful volunteers, we could not accomplish half of what we do. So thank you Galinda, and all HSP volunteers!
