Yesterday, HSP received a special donation from a generous donor, Kay Hedeen. Her store in Naperville closed due to economic reasons and she had a lot of non-perishable food and beverages left over. She was looking for somewhere to donate the rest of her stock and decided HSP would be the perfect place. We would like to thank our loyal volunteers Larry Erven and Dick Adamo, who went and picked up the donation and then unloaded it back at the HSP warehouse.
We then received:
* 9 boxes of snacks: ramen noodles, cups of macaroni & cheese, chips & cookies
* Over 20 cases of beverages: lemonade, iced tea, soda and energy drinks
HSP offers Kay Hedeen our sincere thanks for such a gracious donation. We thank her for supporting our program. HSP always appreciates the kindness and generosity of donors and volunteers throughout the community.
