Tomorrow, HSP will be hosting its September “Delivery Day” for the
low-income senior citizens enrolled in our Senior Citizen Project. Our
volunteers will be delivering over 6 and a half tons of groceries to provide
vital nutrition to the seniors in the program. HSP would like to thank the
numerous friends of the project who spent time today helping us with the final
preparations for the event by sorting fresh produce and bread for the seniors.
These are just a few of the hundreds of wonderful supporters who make the
Senior Citizen Project a success. From those who donate food or funds, to the
many volunteers who keep the program chugging along smoothly, HSP wishes to
thank everyone who has enabled us to make a difference in the lives of the
seniors who need us most!
