Spring Hills Elementary School

Yesterday we had a wonderful visit from Spring Hills Elementary School in Roselle, which included four students and two teachers. They are part of the Student Ambassadors club that graciously ran a food drive for the needy seniors we serve. They collected an amazing seventeen boxes full of non-perishables! When they arrived, they stuck around and sorted the food and got to learn a little more about what we do here at HSP. The Student Ambassadors, a group of dedicated 5th graders, also spear headed a toy drive for needy children in December as part of our Christmas Offering. This was a wonderful donation that was greatly needed for our seniors and we appreciate the donations that Spring Hills has done for us. We are excited to keep working with this very generous group and thank them for their continued service at HSP.
