Every month 132 seniors enrolled in our Senior Citizen
Project receives nutritional groceries delivered to their home. With our
monthly Delivery Day coming up this Saturday, HSP would like to take this time
to acknowledge a group of people that help make our program successful: our
food sorting volunteers.
Every Monday, volunteers come in to sort non-perishables,
paper, and meat that get distributed to the seniors every month. A few other
volunteers also regularly give their time on Wednesdays. We wish to thank the
volunteers that start their week off by donating their time for the sake of the
deserving seniors we serve. We could not run our program as smoothly without
all the time you dedicate to HSP!
