Yesterday, Dot Maginot of the Naperville Exchange Club made a special visit to the HSP office. In addition to receiving a tour of our facility, she dropped off an extremely generous donation on behalf of the club which will go towards our Feed the Kids program which helps local children and families. Through Feed the Kids HSP supplies 100 families (approximately 400 children) with 175 lbs of nutritious groceries during the summer months of June, July, and August. The Exchange Club has been a huge supporter of Feed the Kids since 2006.

Naperville Exchange Club runs Ribfest, which occurs annually in Naperville on the Fourth of July weekend. Although Ribfest hosts an excellent music lineup, fun family activities, and of course, lots of delicious food, its ultimate goal is to raise money for local charities who work towards improving child welfare. HSP is fortunate to be one of the charities whom the Exchange Club chose to benefit. This year, Ribfest raised over a half million dollars in total to distribute among the charities they support.  HSP staff and friends participate in this exciting event by volunteering each year. Thank you so much, Naperville Exchange Club, for your generous gift! We look forward to another fun time at Ribfest this summer.
