Help "Stamp out Hunger" this Saturday

HSP volunteers unloading food during Stamp out Hunger last year.
This week HSP is preparing for Stamp out Hunger, the annual food drive sponsored by the National Association of Letter Carriers. This Saturday, May 9th, we encourage all of our supporters to leave a non-perishable food donation for your mail carrier to pick up. The food collected from this food drive benefits the hungry in our communities served by agencies like HSP. The Stamp out Hunger food drive is in its 23rd year, and has collected over 1 billion pounds of food to feed the hungry throughout America. HSP is one of the many worthwhile agencies throughout the area that receive food collected locally by the National Association of Letter Carriers. These donations enable HSP to make a big impact in the lives of the very deserving senior citizens and families we serve. Remember to leave you donations by your mailbox this Saturday!
